One API call fans out across Jyotish (ज्योतिष, Vedic Astrology) and Anka Shastra (अंक शास्त्र, Indian Numerology) simultaneously, then passes both results to a large language model that produces a unified Indian metaphysical narrative with a blended fortune score from 0 to 100. This endpoint honours the profound depth of the Vedic metaphysical tradition, bringing together the cosmic map of the natal chart with the vibrational mathematics of numerology.

Origin & history

Jyotish and Anka Shastra both emerge from the same Vedic intellectual tradition, rooted in the ancient Sanskrit texts of India. Jyotish is one of the six Vedangas — auxiliary disciplines of the Vedas — and is considered the 'eye of the Vedas', providing the ability to see past, present, and future through the positions of celestial bodies. Anka Shastra draws on the Vedic understanding of vibration and sound (Nada Brahma) to assign numerical values to letters and birth dates, revealing the vibrational blueprint of an individual's life. Together, they represent two complementary lenses on the same Vedic metaphysical reality.
