For API issues
If you're experiencing a technical issue — wrong output, rate limit errors, or unexpected behaviour — please include your API key prefix (first 8 characters only), the endpoint you called, and the response you received. This helps us diagnose issues faster.
For subscription & payment queries
If your TIAN Points payment has been sent but your subscription hasn't activated, go to Dashboard → Subscription and select your plan. If it still doesn't resolve within 24 hours, reach out on Telegram with your wallet address.
