For API issues
If you're experiencing a technical issue with the API — wrong output, rate limit errors, or unexpected behaviour — please include your API key prefix (first 8 characters only), the endpoint you called, and the response you received. This helps us diagnose issues faster.
For subscription & payment queries
If your $TIAN payment has been sent but your subscription hasn't activated, paste your transaction hash in the Dashboard → Subscription tab. If it still doesn't resolve within 24 hours, reach out on Telegram with your tx hash and wallet address.
